The BRIX Human Factoring Records training course is designed to introduce human factors into document design in your organization. Human Factoring Records trains organizations to analyze and revise records so they do not lead to errors.
COURSE OVERVIEW
The Human Factoring Records training helps attendees understand the principles of human factors and performance. They learn to define human factoring terminology, and examine how document design affects human performance. Documents are reviewed for human factoring opportunities, and then practice activities are used applying human factoring with the organizations own documents.
