COURSE OVERVIEW
This course takes you through the entire investigation process, from beginning to end, to ensure understanding at each process step. A risk based approach is used, to maximize the understanding of impact and use of organizational resources. We go through multiple tools, and ensure attendees understand how, and when, to use them. We also discuss what to do if it is a likely root cause, how to check effectiveness, and how to implement your corrective actions.

ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS
- Find cause(s) systematically.
- Establish causal relationships.
- Learn when and how to use the best quality tools; 5 Why’s, Fishbone, Is/Is Not.
- Verify Root Cause.
IMPLEMENT
- Identify process to implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Develop the implementation plan.
- Check output effectiveness.
